Blood Bath in El Portal

MIAMI–The mutilated body of an unidentified female was found in a Housman Abbey apartment in El Portal three nights ago. Police are not giving out information until the Medical Examiner’s autopsy and forensics can evaluate the crime scene. In what seems to be an unrelated incident, city fire officials are investigating an explosion in the same complex earlier in the afternoon. There was minimal smoke damage to the apartment but no structural damage to the building. The investigation is still ongoing.
