Witnesses to the recent conflagration that consumed the University of Miami’s computing facility claim to have seen the face of Satan in the smoke billowing forth from the blaze.

Jenny Yng, a 7th-year Senior in the Mass Communication program at UoM, had this to say: “It was really horrible. I could hear this awful, terrifying scream. It was unlike anything I had ever heard – unless you count that weekend sorority trip to visit the capital.”

<…It was Evil!…>

Brent Fines, a graduate student in the Computer Science program, added: “It was like, you know, totally like that time when Barkley took over the Computers from the Holodeck, only WAY worse cause it was, like, EVERYWHERE in the system. Like when the nanites took over the computers and were rewriting it, only it was evil, you know. More like Lor than Data and just eating up the data stores. It crashed my Quake server like it was no big deal and I had that protected by three different customer firewall applications.”
