For IC Debates, one of the following rolls is to be made:

• Charisma or Manipulation + Debate dif 6
• Charisma or Manipulation + Public-Speaking dif 7
• Charisma or Manipulation + Expression dif 8

This will be a contested roll. When a clear 5 succs is obtained, the winner is declared. Pertinent merits and flaws apply, as do supernatural powers. Writing, seduction, fast-talk, research, etc. will not be taken into account in order to make the rolling simpler.

For IC elections, debating will influence the NPC vote.
