Animals

Animals are not allowed in public restaurants, bars, or any other place that serves food. The only exceptions to this ordinance are assistance animals such as seeing-eye dogs. These animals must be ICly trained and licensed as such, and OOCly judgenoted as such. If you have an animal in an establishment that serves food/refreshments, expect the staff of the place to throw you out. If you don’t leave, expect them to call the police or animal control. Other PCs are encouraged to help OOCly enforce this by calling a judge if someone blatantly has an animal in a public eatery/bar and will not leave.

Exotic Animals

It is possible to ICly become licensed to keep an exotic animal in Miami; however, you will need to research this ICly and get the required licensure ICly. There is NO licensing that you can get that will allow you to take dangerous exotics out in public, however. (No taking your panther for a walk.) Animal control or the police will attempt to capture or kill (if there is a threat to citizens) dangerous exotics found wandering the city.
