Occasionally, we find that it is best to create a builder character for some building projects. If one or more of the following describe your building project, you may want to consider getting a builder character:

• You have multiple building projects (such as several businesses or one very large project) and want them consolidated under a builder character instead of your own PC.
• You have taken pains to ICly hide the ownership of your large building project and believe that people would use OOC ownership information against you.
• Your building project is a joint project and two or more PCs need to be able to add rooms or change descs.

There may be other conditions that would allow a builder character to be created… feel free to +mail Andromeda with any questions. Typically, builder characters are not created for private residences.

If you do get a builder character, Buildstaff must know who has access to it and we reserve the right to change the password at any time if we feel the character is being misused.
