There are several levels of various Disciplines which specifically requirethe vampire to acquire eye contact with the intended victim. As this is impossible to achieve with the blind, there are several powers to which they are effectively immune.

There are two exceptions: Higher levels of Dominate, Level 6: Obedience and Level 8: Far Mastery, allow the vampire to forgo eye contact. Also, if the victim is Blood Bound, to simply hear the voice of their Regnant is sufficient to attempt to Dominate them.
