Big Cypress Reservation
In order to live on the Big Cypress Reservation you must be either A) Seminole or B) a Native American of another tribe. If you are Seminole there are no rolls to live on the reservation… you can just build and get linked there.
If you are of another tribe, you will have to make a series of rolls to be allowed to live on Seminole land. These rolls represent talking to the tribal elders and trying to work out a deal. The rolls are as follows:
Manip+Bureaucracy dif 7. One roll per day. The player must accumulate /5/ successes in order to make it. A botch on a roll indicates a set-back due to an accidental offense and the player loses a # of succs equal to the # of the botch, as well as wait 1 week + 1 day/botch before the next roll.
If the player does not have Bureaucracy, the roll is Manip dif 8. Supernatural powers may influence these rolls, but how they do that is up to the judge.
