Identification, False
Any character that is required to come on the grid with false identification already in place (vampires, someone with alternate identity, etc.) will be assumed to have 3 success physical false identification, but no computer records.
This type of false identification will pass cursory inspection, and is usually enough to let someone get into a bar, cash a check, and find a low income place to rent. This type of ID will not allow you do anything that requires a background check, such as obtain credit, buy a vehicle, insure a vehicle, buy a house, etc.
In order to obtain better false identification, you may create it yourself using the proper stats (forgery, computer-hacking, etc.) or find a PC or NPC to do it for you. The number of successes obtained on the fake identification is the number of successes that will have to be beaten before anyone can tell that it is false.
In order to have a true false identity, both computer records and physical records must be obtained.
