In order to use the Presence 4 power, “Summoning”, the vampire must have met the person to be summoned. This ‘meeting’ is not as simple as having been in the same room as someone, seeing them in the media/them having fame, or merely knowing their name. Conversation must have been sufficient for the two parties to have made each other’s acquaintance. Familiarity should be sufficient enough for the parties to be able to identify each other at a later date.

The only exception to this requirement would be if the target is within the line of sight of the vampire at the time of the summoning.
